I Think It Was Limewire....regedit Is Being Used By Another Program

I was fine til I tried to get rid of LimeWire….(could be something else of course) but not i can't open task manager or regedit. They both say the are being "Used by Another Program". Here is my log…hope it's not too bad!! :scratch:

Hello and welcome to the forum. Sorry about the delay in responding :( If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and copy/paste" a new log file into this thread. Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
