:scratch: I am not able to open Ewido. After I tested the freeware version, I purchased version 4. I was impressed by its ability to pick up a few downloader trojans after Norton Anti Virus failed to detect them. I have the Ewido guard actively running and I am recieving regular updates. But when I want to open the application to scan, it never loads. I have emailed their tech people and have not recieved an answer - now over a week since- Does an anyone have experience with this application or could tell me why it will not open?
