ewido security suite V.3.0
available today through your program updater. Reboot necessary.
The servers are extremely busy so if the new version does not 'update' definitions, just give it another try or two! :D

The background guard was optimized for this version. The real time monitoring of your system is now even more compatible to other products, uses up to 50% fewer resources during operation and works up to 80% faster. 

For this reason we have decided that our freeware users can test the new background guard again 14 days completely free of charge.

We would like to introduce our new license policy which we have adapted to be more attractive to the users of the plus version.  All registered users now receive lifelong signature updates as well as software updates to the next larger version jump (ie3.0 to version 4.0).  In addition it will be possible to upgrade to the new version at a favorable price.
