Firewall turn on problem

Hi, I have another problem to my second computer. I cannot turn on the firewall. It is turn off and the turn on button is grey. What is the problem? Thank you for understanding.

I upgrade the XP ti XP SP2…but I still cannot turn the window firewall to on.

Thank for trying to help me…..but still didnt work. I know how to reach firewall option…but i cannot turn it on. It is turn off…and the buttons are grey…so i cannot make any adjustement. And about my bussines with that companies…i didn't hear about them. I put the hjk log here because i think that this will help you to understant what is the problem with my computer. I didnt know that i can put the hjk log only on maleware problems. Thanks for undertanding me and my problems. Laurentiu

Try to download and install a Free Firewall to keep your computer security incheck.
Remember only to use one.
