The update I was reffering to wasnt for the firmware, persay. It was in hopes to replace any part of BIOS that may have been missing due to non-OEM harddrive. Yes, the it could be a power supply issue. However, If that were case, then the first place to look is at the fan. If, lets say, the fan for the CPU is out… it will cause the very same issues as you describe. Check the side of lappie were the fans are and see if there is air blowing out from were the fan is located.
Yes its the powersupply. Try to check the fan where your CPU is.. If the fan stop spinning, means its broken. Try to smell the fan. I am sure that it smells like an overheated engine…(like a burned metal) Means your Power Supply has been overheated and the fuse was burn. Try to start your computer. If you cant see the RED LIGHT, the power supply has the problem.. For quick solution for that, Purchase a new one… Its cost Php700 here in the Philippines I dont know how much in your country. Well thats it . Hope all the best Eumic B)
thank i listen to the fans theres 2 of them it seem they both go into over drive when the computer goes on then poof
