Bulldog, Yes I forgot to mention that I had run the ad-aware software and done some cleaning there. Additionally, yes my search for llass.exe did find it. Thanks for that!! I have since downloaded Spybot S&D software and cleaned using it. One problem however, when I checked for updates it found 2, but would lock up when I went to try and download them. Any suggestions would be welcome. Also, it found a text string called: cdilla and talked about it being associated with audio (music) piracy? Recommended not deleting it. Is this ok. Last, I performed the rest of the things in your last note as well. Again, many thanks for all your help. It seems I am back up and running again!!!!!
