[Vilynt]

My comp got hit last night by Alpha Cleaner. I ran etrust patrol and it cant delete it. My win32 folder keeps opening up on startup also, this started after I was infected. Plz tell me what to fix, thanks

Download Pocket Killbox and unzip it; save it to your Desktop. We may need it later.

Reboot in safe mode. Close all Browser and Program Windows.
Have HijackThis fix the following. Do this by checking the box beside each and then clicking on Fix checked.

Reboot then Run 3S under “Items To Clear” tab place a checkmark in all of them but user defined folders.
Reboot and Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
Also please describe how your computer behaves now.

You may need to turn this off as it may hinder the fix.. Previously found to be of dubious repute. SpywareWarrior_List It was delisted. Make sure you have the latest version if you decide to keep this program.

I checked O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [intell321.exe], but it still shows up. The system 32 folder still shows up on startup. I haven't noticed anything odd as far as computer behavior. When I first found the intell321.exe program I found it in my system 32 folder the first night I got infected. I deleted it and it has never returned, but I am wondering is this why the system 32 folder keeps opening on startup. Also, I unistalled AdwareAlert a long time ago and I am wondering why it is still showing up.

Ok, I ran a program called Autoruns that a guy from the GeekSquad told me to try. I found and deleted the adware alert and the intel123 paths. I still found that my system 32 folder was still opening on startup, under msconfig there finally showed up a completely blank item on startup, I disabled this process and the system 32 folder no longer appears at startup. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do.

Download smitRem.exe©noahdfear and save the file to your desktop.
Double click on the file to extract it to it's own folder on the desktop.

Reboot your computer in SafeMode Open the smitRem folder, then double click the RunThis.bat file to start the tool. Follow the prompts on screen.
Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.
