Okay, so I'm checking my nephew's computer; he gets this message when he tries to access the internet with IE:

"There is no website configured at this address.

Mozilla accesses without problems, but of course, without IE, Windows can't be updated. I've tried many things, finally running HijackThis; the result is pasted below. Thanks for any help that you may be able to give.
