I need help! Computer hijacked?

When I sign in to my MSN, instead of taking me to my homepage, it takes me to this site: http://205.177.122.25/privacyHTA.dll?xO05 and says that my internet activities are being recorded and the only way I can stop this is if I download some software. I am not downloading the software and I have ran all of my virus and spyware scanners. So far, they can't find anything. I need serious help before it's too late!!
