IE 6.0 Homepage locked?

Hi,
I'm new to the forum. Could someone please check out my HJT log and see if I'm infected. CPU performance looks OK but IE is acting strange.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

So how did I get infected in the first place?
