Question re facilities

I had the same q that mikew6ss had. Put it in the malware forum. Luckily I've read the answer here. So, problem solved? Nope. I appear to not be allowed to use any other facility than posting. Contact with administrators is denied, and my screen keeps telling me that I am not allowed most everything on here. Also I can't find any answers to this nor can I find ways to deal withg the prob myself. So, can anyone tell me what's going on?

The forum is very busy and not all logs can be responded to as soon as they are posted, The volunteers do the best they can to keep up but as you can see it is very busy.
