New to forum and have a question

This is a great site and am hopeful it can help me with a situation that I need viruses removed from my computer. Hopefully, my question is posted in the appropriate forum I did a hjt and posted on that forum. On the far left, the enveloped is sealed (has a black dot in the middle of the envelope). I don't see that it the keys below or on any other post - what does that indicate? Thanks a million for your help as I try to get a handle on this site. Mike
