my suggestion is that the kind people who take the time to help people should do as there supposed to and work from oldest person to the newest. I ve patiently been waiting for couple weeks now and cant get no help. So my suggestion is to help me. thank you.

Please understand that TomCoyote has a training school "Classroom" and the helpers here are often in various stages of their training and everyone is not trained to work all of the possible infections. Considering we are all volunteers and there are many, many more opportunites to help than we can handle, I think we are doing a great job.
