I installed a program called "Orbital Viewer" and I cannot get it to uninstall. When I try and uninstall it either using its uninstaller or using Windows "Add/Remove", I get the following message: "TMP47.tmp has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Locaton - C:\Documents and Settings\Hazel M.
