Cannot Remove Orbital View

I installed a program called "Orbital Viewer" and I cannot get it to uninstall. When I try and uninstall it either using its uninstaller or using Windows "Add/Remove", I get the following message: "TMP47.tmp has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Locaton - C:\Documents and Settings\Hazel M. Lee\Start Menu\Programs\Orbital Viewer, Shortcut Target - "C:\Program Files\OV\ov.exe" Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1 Scan saved at 8:13:22 AM, on 1/10/2006 Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600) MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP2 (6.00.2900.2180) Please see the Hijack forum for my complete HijackThis log.
