email already in use?

Hi there, I just tried to change my email address and it told me that it couldn't do it as "That email address cannot be used as it is already in our records" Is it possible to find out what other userid has my email address in it? TIA

If it is gmail, use another email address, gmail is not allowed here as noted on the registration page
