Here are a few things going haywire on my computer:
1) Adobe Premiere Pro skips on importation of video and viewing of videos.
2) Adobe Premiere 6.0 crashes at start-up
3) Quicktime will not uninstall correctly, giving error:

Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: DLL Function Call Crashed: QTINSTALLCODE.QUICKTIMEUNINSTALLPROC

Setup Will Now Terminate

4) "The Movies" game will not start-up, giving error "Windows Media Player 9 is needed to Play…", where I have version 10 installed. Also, "Starmaker", which comes with "The Movies", gives this error when started up:

SM_AVI_RENDER_FAILED_TITLE

5) My USB card reader, when accessing my memory card for my cell phone, crashes Windows Explorer when exploring anything with pictures.

I run Windows XP Pro, build 2600 SP2. I just recently ran a virus scan on Klapersky's online virus scan, and these were the results:

Scan process completed.

I was told that they lay in the System Restore points, so I turned of System Restore via My Computer>Properties. I also eliminated the first two Exploit.VBS.Phel.a by deleting the folder left by Norton. I then ran another scan through Klapersky, and it showed up clean. Thing is, I'm still having the problems listed above, as well as a slow boot now. Here is an updated HJT log:

If you guys know what's going on, or see a problem, please let me know. I have a project I'm working on in Adobe, and I really need it done soon. :/ Thanks guys.
Well, I was able to fix the problems with both my game and Adobe Premiere Pro. The only things that are still not functioning correctly are Quicktime and Adobe Premiere 6. Premiere 6 is legit, a legal copy that I own. It crashes at the "Initializing…" stage. I'd show you the crash report given by Microsoft, but I can't copy and paste it in here, but the file that's included with it is in my temp folder, 9e4a_appcompat.txt. Quicktime is still giving me the same error, however, it has something to do with the registry, seeing as I used a program called "Tune-Up Utilities 2006" to optimize (or ruin) my registry.

EDIT: By the way, my specs are as followed:

2.53 GHz Pentium 4
1 GB PC2100 DDR-RAM
ATI Radeon 9600XT 128MB Graphics Card
Windows XP Professional
Grab your Windows installation cd and put it in. Click on start… then run… type cmd and press enter. At the prompt type (or copy and paste) SFC /scannow then post back after thats donerunning
