Help Blank Minimized windows Popup in my taskbar and disappear

I have been having a few problems lately one of them being black windows popping up in the taskbar, not fully opening or giving me time to find out what it is. Also have being having a "Run-Time error '70' permission denied" with jusched.exe and not to sure what to do. The jusched.exe has been happening only when i play games from what i have noticed lately. Any Help would be greatly appreciated, -Ryan
