Hi: When I am shutting down my computer, I get a message stating that a program called "Ciansole.exe" is running and cannot be shut down...I have done all the usual scanning and virus checking to no avail... Now for my next question! Within the last couple of days, I have noticed that an hourglass will appear by the curser arrow about every 6 or 7 seconds...This never happened before...Any idea what this might be? Many thanks, Steve in Kansas
