my cpu usage goes up to 100% itself, after clicking task manager, then processes, it shows that HELPSERVICE is using like 99/98 CPU.
everything is very slow, and comp gets loud, need urgent help

In control panel, click on admin tools, then click on services. Scroll down and find that service (HELPSERVICE) and right click on it and choose properties. under the "LogOn" tab highlight "Profile 1" then right under that click to "Disable". Then under the "General" tab drop down the "Startup Type" menu and choose "disable".. now click "apply" and then click "OK" and that window should close. Now find that service once more and right click on it again.. this time choose "stop" and that should fix you up.
Then .. you need to post a hijack this log and find out why you had that problem
