Hi all,

I sure hope you can help me because this is driving me crazy. At first I was getting dropped by my server (no particular site involved), I use NetZero but needed my computer, so I downloaded one of those free AOL disks. This seemed to work for about a week before I noticed an extra toolbar at the bottom that I can't close without closing the top one (I have three now). I've run Spybots, have EZ Armor and Zone Alarm and have tried everything else. Any suggestions? I see a few problem already.
