I see you're using Ares, is it the full version or Ares-lite? Ares-lite is clean, the full version bundles adware, and if you're running it, I suggest removing it. For alternate P2P applications, please read here http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/p2p Here is the entry to fix with HJT, and you will need to remove the main program as well:
im running the full version :( do you have anyidea why it wont connect to the network? and are you at all familar with the windows antivirus overide?
These entries are Spybot's way of alerting you that someone has disabled one or more of the notifications in the Windows Security Center for SP2. Spybot is reporting that the registry settings are different from the expected defaults in its database which are set to show the Security Center alerts are on. If you have intentionally set them this way, then you can safely right click and tell Spybot to exclude them in future scans.

In one of the other links provided by Oldgrog's link above, Yodama from Team Spybot at the Net-Integration Forums -> Official Spybot Search & Destroy Support -> False Positive Reports writes:

we did not exclude this from detection because there is a product disabling these security center settings, and we believe that the user should be aware of that, and if he did it by himself, he has the expertise to handle the items beeing flagged.

Have you updated SpyBot?
I update and run spybot often thats how i learned about that. when you remove it with spybot it removes your antivirus program the only way you can get rid of the problem is to remove all the components with hjt then it gets rid of the security problem i could do this with my computer because its not important but my girls i cant ruin i was jsut curious if there was another way to fix it or prevent it.
Good Job

Log looks good :D

If you dont have these three programs I would recommend that you get them. Spywareblaster, Spywareguard and IESPY AD. They will add 1000's of sites to your resticted zone and block some hijacks from happening. I also have a FREE FIREWALL and FREE ANTI VIRUS if you need one.

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system.

Keep your system up to date and run Adaware & Spybot, once a week works, and hopefully you will be ok from here on. Both are available below.
