Please help new user confused

I could really use somebody's help here. Every time I start my internet browser my cpu heads to a page called patchyoursystem.com and tells me I have spyware and should download this new information. It then says my computer's info is used by W32.sinnaka.A@mm. I use Zone Alarm antivirus, and that told me it had taken care of the problem, but I am still having it. I also followed instructions on another thread to try to manually take care of the virus in safe mode, but that has not taken care of the problem. Here is my current hijack this log —- please help!

Never mind, everyone. I was able to fix it on my own. Sorry for using space on the forum.
