If you still need help and haven't posted at another forum, post another log from hijackthis. I will get to it as soon as I can.

Also updating and scanning with Spybot and Ad-aware would be a good idea.
Click here for Instructions on how to Scan with Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware

Hi, thank you for your reply. The windows message "your computer is infected with spyware" has disappeared after I used a-square to scan the system. Does this mean that I don't have a spyware problem anymore?

Still hacked :(

Open SpyBot, check for and get any updates available, close all browsers, check for problems and fix everything found.
Then on the toolbar menu select mode and switch to advanced mode, on the left lower down select tools, and view report.
Ensure all the options are unchecked except, include system information in report.
Click view report
Export it to you desktop
Attach or copy paste the log into this topic.

My computer seems to operate fine. It was slow after I caught the infection, but now it seems to catch up speed. Everything else are normal.

Spybot S&D lets you kill the 04's, the startups. Start Spybot click mode at the top left,
make sure that advanced mode is checked. Then click on tools on the lower left.
Then system startup, to the right is a double arrow bar click it to expand.
Now clicking on a value you will get a description of the command line. Removing the green
check mark will stop the startup, should you decide that you need or want it back just
replace the check mark. Restarting your PC will complete the change.
Remove the check marks from the ones listed below.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WINDVDPatch] CTHELPER.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINDOWS\UpdReg.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Jet Detection] "C:\Program Files\Creative\SBLive\PROGRAM\ADGJDet.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CTStartup] C:\Program Files\Creative\Splash Screen\CTEaxSpl.EXE /run
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Disc Detector] C:\Program Files\Creative\ShareDLL\CtNotify.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [nwiz] nwiz.exe /install
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE

To help keep your PC clean follow the recommendations in Tony Klein's article
So how did I get infected in the first place?
