I have three PCs connected through a router. I have a cable connection with 3 meg download speed. I'm getting that through my work laptop, but the other two desktops have suddenly slowed; they download at about 200k. Both have Ad-Aware and Webroot Spysweeper. Nothing found. Until recently, they all downloaded at about 2.8 meg. I ran Hijack This, but can find how to upload the log.
jxmiller,

Welcome to the forum, do this…..

Run Hijackthis to SCAN AND SAVE A LOG FILE, that log will open in Notepad, after the log opens, go to EDIT > SELECT ALL…….EDIT > COPY Then hit the reply button on this thread and not start a new topic and paste the log into this thread. Just run HJT on the computer that you think is infected, we can only do one pc at a time. I will be happy to look it over for you when you post back.

Ken thanks. I'm not sure whether it was from rebooting my router, my modem or running several scans of anti adware and anti spyware, but the problem seems to have corrected itself. May have been just a wacky bandwidth day or two. Sorry for the bother. Thanks for the response.
