my computer was having problems with opening up internet explorer and other appications. i did a window xp repair and started getting an error mssg which said : rundll: ERROR IN IRPROPS.CPL MISSING ENTRY : BLUE TOOTH AUTHENTICATION AGENT. spoke with microsoft. they told TOLD ME TO do a regedit and the error doesn'rt show up but now i am not able to shut down the computer. i keep getting SOMETHING THAT SAYS RUNDLL.EXE spoke with microsoft again who told me to scan with microsoft giantspy ware ( which found 1 item) and also to scan with Norton Antivirus. the antivirus has beenrunning for 2 hours now and has dtected 1 item. HELP PLS.
