Go to add/remove programs and look for new.net or newdot.net and choose remove if present.
Reboot and a new log please. How is it running?

On my add/remove programs list there was no new.net or newdot.net. There was this one program called "The Best Offers" but in order to uninstall it, it says I need to download an uninstaller from its website. Should i download it?
