Currently I am unable to shutdown windows as it hangs at the Windows XP screen and does not make it to the "It is safe to turn off your Computer Screen."
Also, I am unable to access the Windows XP Update website page as it locks up my computer when I try to do so.
I have ran the following programs
Lavasoft Ad-Aware 6.0
Microsoft Anti-Spyware
McAfee Anti-virus
Windows Malacious Software Removal Tool
and all these came back clean.
