My main concern is the BHO's with no name, no file. Also, is there anything else I should be concerned with?

Hello and welcome to TomCoyote forum. We call those items orphans. The balance of the BHO has been removed, either by you or if it was bad by one of your malware programs. We can remove them with HJT but they are just clutter and as such were doing you no harm, just wasting your space.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-92EA-EC65A294AE31} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

The rest of the log look good, here is a great utility which will give you a good cleaning: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Review the instructions http://www.ccleaner.com/help/tour1.asp and Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

I see you are running a good AV and that you have chosen to run ZA which should afford you better firewall protection than the SP2 firewall, but I see no malware protection but Spybot S&D. The links above will suggest some good freeware programs to correct this. Safe surfing

Thanks…pskelley
