Next, in control panel click to "add/remove programs" and go down through them and uninstall any internet connecting software from any unwanted ISP (such as SBC/Yahoo.. which I assume is not your regular provider?)
Now reboot and when you get back to desktop open Internet explorer and type this address into your URL search bar. http://192.168.0.1 and press go.. if you get window asking your for your name and password from your ISP then enter them and press "connect"... if not post back here

I went to a trip and had to use SBC Yahoo dial-up connection or wireless network conncection. After I came home, I cannot connect my laptop to Internet by DSL home network through a Netgear router. Not only that, My other 2 computers cannot connect to Internet through the router. I can connect one computer at a time without the router. But my network is working. All three computers can print to the shared 2 printers through the router without any problem. I did not change router settings. Anyone know how to solve this problem? Is Something there restricts the connection by using the Netgear router? Netgear and SBC customers services could not solve the problems.

First.. uninstall/delete/get rid of everything and anything Yahoo/SBCglobal. I mean all of it. It does absolutly nothing but take up your resources and send information to yahoo/SBC on your surfing habbits. Once gone, reboot, double check and make sure there isnt anything left (say if you have 4 items to uninstall.. it may ask you to reboot after each one and if it does then just be patient and do so)...
ok now that all the carp** is gone, look on the bottom of your modem. It should say "for advanced modem configuration go to http://192.168.0.1" ... If your netgear router comes up when you enter that addy into the url search bar.. then thats a problem.. or a conflict I should say. You should get this page here when you go to 192.168.0.1... So.. check and see which configuration page your getting and post back here,

I appologize for my timming, I've been a little busy but now that I am aware of your situation I will be watching for your post. As far as ISP software goes, you dont need it. However, you do need the raspppoe driver that comes packaged in that IF XP does not have it. Its looking to me like someone may possibly be stealing service through your connection (hence why I asked for the hijack this log). After you post that.. go back and try connecting straight up to your net connection and see if it will allow you to connect (in other words just plug the cat5 in from your modem to your comp.. bypassing router and network).. also.. did you click the links above in my post to see what page you should be getting at http://192.168.0.1 and/or flip your modem over and look at what addy it tells you go to for advanced config?

Your WAN disconnecting sounds like a DHCP issue. DHCP masks your IP address (changes it every so often) and when it renews it, that would cause the disconnection.
