A thought…if you are trying to update when you are receiving the Spybot message, try changing to another mirror, then try to update again. To the right of "Search for Updates" near the top are the available mirrors. Click on the drop down menu and choose another mirror, see if that helps…Phil
Got the spybot updates done and adaware. The first link you sent me was helpful…thank you.

Ewido then CCleaner…

Then restart the computer and post a new HJT log and the Ewido scan results in this same thread along with any feedback you have.

OK Your HJT log appears clean of bad stuff  but I would like to look at the Ewido scan results. I am giving you some information since your log is clean that will help you stay clean.
Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

Post the Ewido scan and let me have a little positive feedback from you and I will turn you loose…Phil :D
I realized I had forgotten this last night after I shutdown…was hoping to get to it before you did today…you win.. Kid's sites seems to be ridden with malware, spyware, trojans…the malware producers certainly know who to target *sigh. I will feed back on the increased performance and lack of Winfixer popups after a few days of use as I don't use this system on a daily basis, just get the complaints when things don't work quite right :P However, thank you for your effort and time and the child in question is thanking you as well!
