I have already upgraded the Hot Burn software with the appservicespatch-w32-x86-2451 and hotburnpatch-w32-x86-251, from the IOMEGA website, but nothing happens. I don't know if it is a software/hardware problem, a windows problem, a bug, or other kind of problem. Is it necesary to me to post here the Logfile of HijackThis? Thanx in advance.
