In Need Of Some Major Registry Cleaning

I am having major lag with my computer and my SBC Yahoo Browser keeps freezing. Other browsers work properly. I have spoken with tech support 2 from SBC and they said its a registry problem to have Dell help me clean it out. Your site is my best opportunity. I have Ad Aware SE and Spybot. I did all the steps as suggested and I am not sure if Nailfix.exe worked. I unzipped it to my desktop and followed instructions but it never prompted me for setup. Here are my new hijackthis log and ewido log. Thank you.
