Hello, I'm having difficulty loading ecards at Hallmark.com. I was thinking possibly I removed some spyware that is necessary for it to work with Adaware or Spybot. I can load the web page and actually go to the card that was sent to me but the card itself doesn't load. Do you know if that would be the reason and if so how could I remedy the problem? Thank you
Hello Shelflife, Thanks for the response. I should have mentioned previously that I did go to the Hallmark FAQ page and followed their advice. I've made sure that I have the latest Macromedia Flash software. I did a system restore to before I removed a lot of spyware. I made sure cookies were enabled - medium security and then tried low. I've also turned off my firewall and antivirus software. None of this worked so I undid the system restore. After I removed a lot of spyware I created a new system restore point. Now it seems that I cannot do a system restore to before that date. Is it possible to do a system restore to a date prior to the one I created? The date is in June and when I try to click the calender to before June, nothing happens.
Hi, Sorry I forgot to mention that I'm not trying to view these as an email attachment. I receive an email notification and then click on the link which takes me to the Hallmark site and my card. I can see the name of the person who sent the card and the outline of the card but the card itself doesn't load. Thanks
hi jmkuhr,

probably wont be much help.

according to the website all you need is flash. see link to test flash animation:

once system restore is turned off, a reboot wipes out all previous restore points.

might try this: with IE open go to>tools>internet options>click the advanced tab, then restore defaults button.
