I have a file that symantec said is a virus, I assumed it got rid of it. It keeps trying to load on startup, but Symantec can't find it now. Also, it doesn't appear in the database of viruses on Symantec's site. Does anyone know what msv_reco.exe is or does?

Hi jodio-
First you need to download Hijack This&tradeand then scan BUT DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET. Click to “save to log” and then simply copy and paste your hijack this log results in a new thread under "hiajck this logs and problems"
