This is an article about the people who make software that claims to remove spyware, but in reality it installs software into people's PC's. SpyBan is one of this software. After CNET tried to contact the company, the company just disseapeared.

If you need to install anti spyware software, install Ad Aware or Spybot.

Web surfers battling "spyware" face a new problem: so-called spyware-killing programs that install the same kind of unwanted advertising software they promise to erase.
