I have a P-4 Desktop computer & Laptop. Internet (IE,FIREFOX,etc) works fine in Win 98 in Desktop computer, but in Windows XP Professional (2001) which is also loaded in Desktop computer the Internet(IE,FIREFOX,etc) stops working after 11 mins. Till 11 mins it works fine but after 11 mins no page loads.
I also have a Laptop where only Win Xp is loaded. Here also Internet stops after 11 mins.
Please help me as this problem is driving me to my wits end.
Do I have to install something called Service pack or is there any other remedy?

I used FIrefox. But still the problem is persisiting. The internet is stopping to work after 11 mins. This is also happening in my Laptop. I did an anti-virus scan but found nothing. I also did a lot of spyware scans such as Spybot, Spyware doctor etc but no malware or spyware was reported.
Please help me out dear friends
