Hi! As one can see from the topic description my problem is the mentioned malware which I was not able to remove using Spybot Search and destroy and Ad aware. Short description of the problem would be as follows: Almost every two minutes there is a warning from IE saying " Spyware may be damaging your compuret Click OK to scan " which I always rejected. This happens only when I am online while being offline there is iritating masage from IE saying " Could not found requested site or page" also every one or two minutes, which is quite disturbing. Download this tool: LQfix.zip
Unzip it to your Desktop.
Don't use it yet!

The above Registry file was written specifically for this infection and is not to be used on any other infection as it could damage a person's PC

IMPORTANT! Reboot the computer into Safe Mode (tap F8 during bootup, use arrow keys to select Safe Mode, then hit 'enter').

Doubleclick LQfix.bat that you saved on your desktop before.
A doswindow will open and close again, that is normal.

Reboot into normal mode and scan with HijackThis. Post the new log as a reply to this thread.

When I search Google for "T-Com Antidialer" it isn't giving me much results… Have you installed it on purpose or not? If not, uninstall it. If on purpose, decide if you want to keep it or not. It doesn't really sound trustworthy to me.

Other than that your log looks good now! :)

Here are some tips, to reduce the potential for spyware infection in the future, I strongly recommend installing the following applications:
  • Spywareblaster <= SpywareBlaster will prevent spyware from being installed.
  • Spywareguard <= SpywareGuard offers real-time protection from spyware installation attempts.
  • How to use Ad-Aware to remove Spyware <= If you suspect that you have spyware installed on your computer, here are instructions on how to download, install and then use Ad-Aware.
  • How to use Spybot to remove Spyware <= If you suspect that you have spyware installed on your computer, here are instructions on how to download, install and then use Spybot. Similar to Ad-Aware, I strongly recommend both to catch most spyware.
To protect yourself further:
  • IE/Spyad <= IE/Spyad places over 4000 websites and domains in the IE Restricted list which will severely impair attempts to infect your system. It basically prevents any downloads (Cookies etc) from the sites listed, although you will still be able to connect to the sites.
  • MVPS Hosts file <= The MVPS Hosts file replaces your current HOSTS file with one containing well know ad sites etc. Basically, this prevents your computer from connecting to those sites by redirecting them to 127.0.0.1 which is your local computer
I also suggest that you delete your Temp folders regularly. Use CleanUp! to do this automatically for you!
