Im a member of spywareinfo site, but its down

Ive tried everything, and I pride myself at being able to help my friends rid themselfs of maleware, however im stumped on this one. far as I can tell its hiding behind rundll32, how do I know this becuase its on my tasklist and it never was before and its the only thing left everything else has be deleted, and yet some how im getting a pop up about every 5 minutes even when my computer is at idle. also after reboots im getting ICONS on my desktop three at a time. im posting some screen shots and my hjt log hope someone can give me a clue.

Hello digitalsaint,

I don't see anything bad in your log.

You could try this:

Backup your registry first.

click Start>Run and type regedit tap enter key.

Regedit will open. At the top of the window click edit> Find> then copy and paste the following into the window.

Then click find now.
When you find the entry right click on it and select delete, answer ok at the prompt.
Next, press "F3" to continue searching, if another instance is found, repeat the above steps, until you see the "completed searching" message.
