When I try to do that, I'm asked for $29 for WinZip. Should I do that? Is there another way?

I have the Info32.exe problem and I can't get rid of it???? Please Help!
I downloaded the cwshredder and a free trial of winzip. I ran the cwshredder and it removed some errors but I'm still getting the Info32.exe file missing error. I tried rerunning the cwshredder program but it's saying my system is clean now. How else can you get rid of that annoying problem? I've practically reinstalled every program on my computer today in an attempt to fix the error, nothing is working. :-( Sarah

is it not worth having the files unzipped for those users who are unfamiliar with ZIP?
Since the compressed size isnt much smaller than the uncompressed size, it won't make much difference even for dial up users, and it would make it a bit easier, especially if the user isnt very fluent in PC?
