NeededWare haunting my computer...

Hello there. For the past week or so I've had IE popups that are completely hidden from sight (They'll show up in the Alt+Tab menu and iexplore.exe comes up in the Task Manager even though I never use IE). It will also remove focus from whatever I'm doing (Games, Firefox, etc). From what I can tell it also attempts to install other froms of adware and desktop shortcuts to PartyPoker and its ilk. I stop the iexplore.exe processes before it cn succeed in this, however. After one day when IE would actually inform me of the URLs the hidden pop-ups were trying to open I came to the conclusion that NeededWare is the problem. However, AdAware and Spybot don't detect it/ remove it properly, so I'm man enough to admit that I need help and I've come here. Here is my log:

Alright, it's been done. The computer is behaving as usual, but once NeededWare activates, it'll start taking focus off programs and attempting to secretly install things.

We need to disable your Microsoft AntiSpyware Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.

Open Microsoft AntiSpyware.
Click on Tools, Settings.
In the left pane, click on Real-time Protection.
Under Startup Options uncheck Enable the Microsoft AntiSpyware Security Agents on startup (recommended).
Under Real-time spyware threat protection uncheck Enable real-time spyware threat protection (recommended).
After you uncheck these, click on the Save button and close Microsoft AntiSpyware.
Right click on the Microsoft AntiSpyware icon on the taskbar and select Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware.

After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

Double-click My Computer.

Also in safe mode navigate to the C:\Windows\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.


Next navigate to the C:\Documents and Settings\(EVERY LISTED USER)\Local Settings\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Finally go to Control Panel > Internet Options. On the General tab under "Temporary Internet Files" Click "Delete Files". Put a check by "Delete Offline Content" and click OK. Click on the Programs tab then click the "Reset Web Settings" button. Click Apply then OK.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.

I seem to have a strange problem dealing with CHKDSK starting up every time I boot. I've had it go through many times and it can't find anything wrong, but insists on scanning every time the computer boots. I have to skip it in order to actually get to Windows. Aside from that minor quirk, however, things seemeed to have improved greatly. Windows starts up quicker, and I've yet to see NeededWare's hidden iexplore processes do anything. Looks like I may be home free.

Well, it seems after doing another CHKDSK that it's stopped doing that. However, I seem to have a rather odd problem with firefox now. A lot of pages have images that won't load, and formatting will be severely wrong (DeviantArt pages are especially messed up). I'm not quite sure what the problem is, though. It seems to have something to do with urls that don't start with a www. in them, but I can't be totally certain of that. IE works just fine, however; I'm not a big IE user, though, so I'd like to have this resolved.
