Ctfmon.exe file

Hi, My problem is stopping the Ctfmon.exe fille running even after i have uninstalled office. I know that by going to add/remove in control panel there is a way to disable it but since i have removed this option i was wondering if there is a way, considering i no longee have office that i can remove it completley?. I know it uses little resourses but find it annoying, i have searched the data base for an answer but with no luck. Thanks in advance Sorry, i am running xp pro
