My computer suddenly closed off itself. When I activated it again during the set-up it happened again. Then when waiting a long while and trying again, there seems to be a windows problem because windows won't start up and I keep on getting a message that says "Unmountable boot volume" I activated again in safe mode but the same problem remained with the same message can someone help?
Recovery console, is it the same as safe boot? Because I did what the sites said, I started again, I pressed F12 and clicked on the CD-ROM (I didn't have the windows XP cd so I took the dl of Windows XP boot disk) but nothing happened. I kept on getting the same message

(sorry for the stupidity)
ok forget the previous post cause I managed BUT, when I rebooted my computer, my screen froze for a long time untill the computer crashed down again. I waited and restarted but had the same problem again so I closed it myself and restarted in safe mode. Then I closed and started again but now whenener the computer starts there's only black on the screen and 4 beeps that repeat …. :(
