I've run Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware SE and CWShredder, but it looks like I still have some nasties lurking about.

Hello WickHike, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. While I don't think this is CWS, the most common mistake folks make is choosing scan instead of fix when they run CWShredder. If you know you ran it correctly, move on. I will give you instructions for removing it manually with HJT, this one can sometimes be tough and if it is still in the log when you check the next log, I want you to run through the process in safe mode. Here are instruction, make sure you choose your operating system:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind…torial=61#winxo

1) Download CCleaner from this link: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Take the time to review the instructions on the download page so that when I ask you to run it you will know what you are doing.

2) Open Hijack this and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch = about:blank
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = about:blank
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {1C78AB3F-A857-482e-80C0-3A1E5238A565} - (no file

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run CCleaner then restart the computer. If the lines you tried to remove are gone,
post a new log for me, if they are still there, try the fix in safe mode as discussed above.

Thanks…pskelley

Hello, and that is great, nice to have one clean up so easily…many are not like that. I appreciate your letting me know this but, I really need to view that last log. Along with the all clean come great information to help you stay that way.

Run CCleaner then restart the computer. If the lines you tried to remove are gone,
post a new log for me, if they are still there, try the fix in safe mode as discussed above

Thanks…pskelley

I'd like to reopen this post so that I can post my latest hijackthis log per pskelley instructions.  The topic was moved to solved (I think it is) before I could post my latest log.

Thanks,
WickHike

OK, The post has been reopened at your request. Please post a new HJT log and give as much information about the issue as possible. Thanks…pskelley
Here is the latest HJT log per your instructions.
