i'm having problems removing the azesearch toolbar and other spyware…i'm not even sure how it got on my computer…but anyways..here's the log:

Hi lilsere16 and welcome to TomCoyote!

I'm 'KotaGuy and I will be helping you with your HijackThis log.

You may want to print this out for reference during the fix.

First, please move HijackThis to its own folder(eg: C:\Program Files\HJT\HijackThis.exe).

I see no Antivirus program installed on your computer. Please download AVG AntiVirus Free Ed.. Update the program. Do a full system scan, let it fix anything it finds. Reboot.

I do not see any form of Spyware/Malware protection installed on your computer. Download and install Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D. Visit this page for proper configuration. Run and scan with both, letting them fix whatever they find. Reboot between each scan.

Download and install CCleaner.

Make sure no files will be hidden. To do this:

1. Click Start.
2. Open My Computer.
3. Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
4. Select the View Tab.
5. Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
6. Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
7. Click Yes to confirm.
8. Click OK.

Your system is infected with the Peper Trojan. This requires a special tool to remove it.

1. Please download PeperFix.exe.
2. Start the tool and click Find and Fix.
3. Reboot to finish removing what it found.
4. Run the tool a second time
5. Reboot to finish removing the entries.

Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete to bring up the Task Manager. End Task the following:

mfbpcf.exe
ViewMgr.exe
ZzhGa.exe

Go to Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel. Uninstall Viewpoint Manager.

Run and scan with HijackThis. With all other browsers and windows closed, place a check beside the following and Fix:

This line: O15 - Trusted Zone: http://cafe.daum.net If you don't recognize the URL then fix it too. Looking at some other entries in your log, I'm guessing this is a site you know.

The rest of the 016's can be fixed as well if you wish. They will be installed the next time you visit the websites.

Boot into Safe Mode. To do this:

1. Reboot your computer.
2. Tap the F8 button as your computer is booting to bring you to the Advanced Options Menu.
3. Select Safe Mode and press Enter.

Search for and delete the following folder:

E:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager

Search for and delete the following files:

E:\WINDOWS\System32\RnuQDC65.exe
E:\WINDOWS\System32\mfbpcf.exe
E:\WINDOWS\System32\ZzhGa.exe
aaadsk.exe
apack.exe

Browse to the C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch folder. Delete all the files inside the Prefetch folder(don't delete the Prefetch folder itself). Run CCleaner, under Windows tab check Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, and System. Then click Run Cleaner. Empty your Recylce Bin.

Reboot Windows normally. Scan with HijackThis and post the new log please.
