My computer has been plagued by Horseserver.net. Like most people affected with it, I don't know how to get rid of it. I have a software suite with a utility called WhoIsThis? When I look up Horseserver, the utility gives me specific information, such as registrant address, administrative contact, registration service provider. Is it illegal to write viruses that harm so many people's computers? If so, perhaps the information I have can be useful. Please tell me if the information I have is valid and if it can be of use in prosecuting the originator of Horseserver.
