Slow Computer

When I boot up my computer after a long time (e.g. after I wake up), in about 5 minutes, the fan starts to run louder, and everything begins skipping and lagging. I don't know if this has to do with programs that aren't supposed to be there, or mechanical problems. It's usually fine after I reboot it. Please check my log! Thanks in advance!

Hello MirokuGlomper, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. I can report that nothing in your log is causing it. I would start by giving it a good cleaning, pick up a can of air at the office supply store and blow it out good. If this does not fix the problem, you are probably looking at replacing the fan. Here is some information that may or may not help. If you wind up having to replace the fan, I suggest youy consult the manual for your system or tech support for your system.
