WHERE TO BUY YOUR GAS,

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW.

READ ON--

Why didn't George W. think of this?

Gas rationing in the 80's worked even though we grumbled about it. Let's turn the table around and ration the crude Oil that we use from the Middle Eastern Countries.

It might even be good for us!

The Saudis are boycotting American goods.

We should return the favor. It's not like we don't pull enough oil from here in the US to supply or needs. For that matter did you kow we export approximately 5% to 10% or our raw crude over seas to the Mid East countries. hmm something is wrong with this picture.

An interesting thought it to boycott their GAS.

Every time you fill up the car, you can avoid putting more money into the
coffers of Saudi Arabia. Just buy from gas companies that don't import
their oi! l from the Saudis.

Nothing is more frustrating than the feeling that every time I fill-up the
tank, I am sending my money to people who are trying to kill me, my
family, and my friends.

I thought it might be interesting for you to know which oil companies are
the best to buy gas from and which major companies import Middle Eastern
oil :

Here are some large companies that do not import Middle Eastern oil:

Citgo.......................0 barrels
Sunoco...................0 barrels
Conoco..................0 barrels
Sinclair....................0 barrels
BP/Phillips..............0 barrels
Hess........................0 barrels
ARC0.0 barrels

And here are importing companies

Shell............................. 205,742,000 barrels
Chevron/Texaco........ 144,332,000 barrels
Exxon /Mobil............... 130,082,000 barrels
Marathon/Speedway... 117,740,000 barrels
Amoco............................62,231,000 barrels

If you do the math at $30/barrel, these imports amount to over $18 BILLION!

All of this information is available from the Department of Energy and
each is required to state where they get their oil and how much they are
importing.

here is the source of my information
http://www.eia.doe.g...ummary2004.html
There are more listed then those above for the importing companies

But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of gas buyers. Feel free to copy this and email it to all your friends. Also please note that this information is only in regards to the US market.

Very good point you have. I have never thought of it that way. I am tired of the gas prices. Exon making all the money off of us and then showing how much pear year! We need to boycott them!

We're are in a catch 22. And that list is deceiving. For instance, all the BP stations around here have signs stating they use Amoco gas. Our company's fuel cards allow us to fuel up at any BP or Amoco station. I can't do the math, 15 one ton vans, two shifts, about 200 miles of city stops each, 5 days a week. A better idea might be to fill the media full of the "Royal" families living it up in places like LasVegas, the Riveria, and other millionare hot spots. Let their unwashed masses see what they're missing. The population in the mid-east is fast becoming more educated and worldly. They are even now realizing the disparity of wealth and freedom in their countries. I say the snowball is rolling, and time itself will make changes.
