After uninstalling Nortons anti virus I noticed all these problems with my computor. I cannot access Help and support on computor I have Windows XP. Internal error messages comes up when I try to access Windows Media Player. Tried to scan computer with Panda software online anti virus unable to access. Please help . I have download CW Shredder Spybot Ad-Aware Se and I have Vet anti virus I also have hijack this but do not no what files to delete. Please please help. OGrady
