I tried running a scan using my Norton Antivirus and while it was running, animated bugs began crawling around on my screen and they began eating the screen. Norton Antivirus said that it was expired so I went out and bought the Norton 360 2.0 All In One Security and uploaded it on my computer. The internet and the computer itself is working fine now but I think there are still issues embedded somewhere in the computer. There were several things on my startup list that looked unfamiliar and when I tried to remove them it said that you must be the system administrator to remove the software. The crazy thing is, I AM the computer administrator. I have pasted the log that printed using the hijackthis software and have attached it below:
