hey gang --
so here's the situation --
all i really need is the word processor and i'm trying to figure out how to get rid of the rest without having to uninstall it all and selectively install the processor.
while i'm at it, any tips on getting rid of the aol with spam blocker prompt that got installed with aim? i've gotten myself into loads of trouble in the past simply deleting stuff and i can't find an obvious uninstaller just for that.

thats what i was going to suggest. i only wanted word and during the install i could select components to install or not, this was office 2000 though. that may be the only option.
